Tuas Cove offers heavy-duty B2 terrace factory units, purpose-built for the marine and heavy engineering sectors. These units provide high ceilings, provisions for overhead cranes, flexibility for businesses to combine units to meet their operational requirements.

Each unit has a floor-to-floor height of up to 14.8 meters and a floor loading capacity of 20 kN/m² to accommodate heavy machinery and equipment. The provision of corbels also allows for the installation of overhead cranes and enhances operational efficiency. The project also features flatted factory layouts which are complemented by mezzanine offices. This design facilitates seamless logistics operations while providing dedicated office spaces, enhancing workflow efficiency.
