Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited (“Soon Hock Enterprise” or the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is an established real estate developer that undertakes property development and property investment in Singapore. We pride ourselves on our deep experience in industrial properties in Singapore with our management being involved in the launch of more than 1,200 units of strata-titled industrial properties.
Capitalising on the management team’s extensive experience, we have built a strong network of project partners through solid working relationships with our clients, consultants, specialist contractors and suppliers. With our decades of hands-on experience as both developer and end-user, our core design philosophy focuses on the practical requirements of intended end-users. This approach has guided the implementation of features that are aimed at maximising the user experience including wide driveways and ramps, as well as column free or minimal column layouts, which are incorporated in nearly all of our industrial projects.
The Group's logo comprises a torch and burning flame. The flame cleverly incorporates the "S" and "H" from the Company's name Soon Hock, which in Chinese is 顺 (Shùn) 福 (Fú), symbolising smooth, harmonious, blessing and good fortune as per its Chinese meaning.
The design of the torch is inspired by the image of a building and represents the three foundational pillars which are the Group's core values of Innovation, Passion and Excellence.
We have developed and constructed various industrial developments across Singapore, combining modern architectural designs with thoughtful building specifications to adapt to evolving needs of the competitive industrial business landscape.
Under the guidance of our founder and Chairman, Mr Tan Yeow Khoon, we developed and honed our understanding of end-user requirements across diverse industries. Building on this, the management team has demonstrated strong capabilities across the full development lifecycle, with a proven track record of successfully executing and monetising projects. For several developments, such as T5@Tampines,Bartley Biz Centre and Polaris@Woodlands, all the production units were fully sold even before completion, reflecting the strong support of our clients and partners.
We own two industrial properties for investment and recurring income, namely the Kaki Bukit Units and Jalan Papan, with tenants from across multiple industries, including engineering and automotive services. We have an onsite workers' dormitory block comprising 300 beds at Jalan Papan which is currently fully leased.
