Between 2011 and 2023, we completed eight multi-user strata developments with a total gross floor area (“GFA”) of 284,719 square metres and exceeding S$1.0 billion in gross development value (“GDV”).
Income-Generating Industrial Properties
In 2020, the Group was awarded a 20-year leasehold site at Jalan Papan for mixed-use development, which received TOP in 2025 and now serves as our corporate headquarters.
